Fit Pro Client Recipes — Making your life easierClick Image To Visit Site If you’re a personal trainer who is looking to boost your business and serve your clients beyond ANY other trainer in you area, this is going to be one of the most important pages you ever read…

I’m Karen Ruffle and here’s a before and after picture of me. Before I started out on a fitness and fat loss programme I weighed over 17 stone.

Then I signed up with a Personal Trainer just like you and I managed to get down to 14 stone 4 pounds with 38% body fat. Now, due to my own macro controlled nutrition programme, I’m 10stone 7lbs and just 15% body fat.

Don’t you think that maybe this should be part of the overall training programme to help your fat-loss clients stay on track when out of the gym?

It’s probably what your clients expect and to be honest it could make a ton of difference to your success as a Personal Trainer and the profitability of your business!

As a professional Personal Trainer yourself you know how important nutrition is. I’m certainly not trying to educate you about nutrition here but there is something that unfortunately many PT’s tend to overlook…

I mean it’s so important it could have clients signing up with you in droves. And it could mean the difference between retaining your clients and losing them but most of all, it could make… Read more…
